Short version: this site collects information only when you send it to us through a form, and we use it only for the reason you sent it.

What we collect

The contact, group planning, job application, and band application forms collect what you type: your name, contact details, and your message or application details. Band applications can also include promotional photos and a stage plot that you choose to upload. Nothing you type is added to the page address or sent anywhere except directly to the Balloons team's secure form storage.

How we use it

Contact and group messages are used to answer you and plan your visit. Job applications are used for hiring. Band applications and submitted media are used to review a possible booking and, only when permission is granted and the act is approved, prepare website or social content. We do not sell or share this information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Messages and inquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Job applications are kept while the team is hiring. Band applications are kept while the team reviews or works on a possible booking, then removed when no longer needed. Want something you sent deleted sooner? Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party trackers.

Online ordering and gift cards run on Toast, reservations run on OpenTable, and directions open in Google Maps. Once you follow those links, their privacy policies apply.
